It’s a solution to changing the appearance of concrete without hiding its natural texture underneath. If you have discoloured or outdated concrete surfaces, this is an innovative alternative to completely resurfacing it.

The best part is that the colour etches into the surface of the concrete, which allows any textural variation and natural movement of the surface to be visible through the stain. Pre-Stain is not like a paint which is a solid colour that totally covers visibility of the substrate.

Concrete Colour Stain Application

Thanks to advanced engineering, our Pre-Stain formula can be applied to both new and existing concrete slabs both internally and externally. It’s formulated to deeply penetrate cementitious surfaces while also stabilising concrete that’s in poor condition. Clients have used it to change the shade of concrete facades, concrete walls and floors.

Using a spray gun, our Concrete Colour Stain is applied onto a vertical or horizontal concrete surface. It’s then finished with an industrial-grade gloss or matte sealer. Colour Stain boasts fast-drying properties for quick application, and floors are ready to be walked on within a few hours.

Concrete Colour Stain withstands all types of climates, conditions and traffic — producing permanent colour that’s UV stable and doesn’t fade for long-lasting results.

Concrete stain is permanent and won't fade or flake off like paint. That's not to say it doesn't require light maintenance, especially flooring that receives a lot of traffic.
The measures you can take to prolong the stain life include sealing it with a good quality sealer. You should also use a quality floor wax every now and then. Clean any stained concrete floors periodically by dry dust mopping and occasional wet mopping.
