Refund & Returns Policy

By booking a training through seamlessoverlays.com you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund policy if you would like to either cancel your booking or change your booking to a new date.

REFUND POLICY (FOR CANCELLATIONS)

If you are no longer able to attend the training course which you booked, please follow the below process:

  1. Notify our team in writing sales@seamlessoverlays.com letting us know the date and name of your booking.

  2. If your cancellation is 7 or more days prior to the course start date we will provide a full refund. The refund will be made to the same card you paid for the booking on.

  3. If your cancellation is within 7 days from the course start date, we will either provide you a credit which you can use for a new course date, or refund you 50% of the total booking fee.

CREDIT POLICY (FOR CHANGE OF DATE)

If you would like to change the date of your booking, we will be able to accommodate this free of charge for you. please notify us as soon as possible by contacting
