Both courses are held in-person at our Melbourne warehouse — 329 Darebin Road, Thornbury VIC 3071. All training takes place under controlled conditions with hands-on application supervised by our experienced team.

Courses run fortnightly at our Melbourne facility. The X-Bond Microcement course runs as a full day, and the Quartz Carpet course runs as a half day — they are often scheduled together so interstate attendees can complete both in one trip.

Our courses are intentionally kept small — a maximum of 6 people per session. This ensures every attendee gets hands-on time and personalised guidance from our trainers.

Wear work-appropriate clothing and footwear you don't mind getting product on. All materials, tools and protective equipment are provided. We'll also provide lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

As you establish a track record of regular ordering and installations, our team will assess your work and — where we're confident in the quality and consistency of your installs — you'll be invited to be listed on our Find an Installer page to receive direct lead referrals from Seamless Overlays.

It's designed for renderers, plasterers, tilers and other surface finish professionals who want to work with X-Bond Hybrid on their own projects, as well as homeowners who have a trusted tradesperson they'd like to use.

Certified installers attend in-person training at our Melbourne facility, have their work verified by our team, and can receive direct lead referrals from Seamless Overlays. They also purchase materials at wholesale pricing. Trade Access members can only purchase X-Bond Hybrid materials at retail pricing, do not receive lead referrals, and cannot use the "X-Bond Certified" credential in their marketing. Trade Access is a flexible entry point — not a certification pathway.
