X-Bond Microcement at Sussex Street

Sussex Street is a reflection of modern family living. The designers and builders Mancini Made sought low-maintenance materials that made the space feel light-filled, warm, and welcoming.

For flooring, polished concrete was first suggested — but our X-Bond Microcement was the architect’s solution to a more matte surface that still achieved the clean, concrete look.

Director Anthony Mancini also said that it met the need for high-traffic areas where the homeowner wanted flooring that was easy to clean; especially the kitchen and living spaces.
